Game just went on early access today so now it is available for purchase. That being said this boss was in the demo. He is fairly basic consisting of energy waves, sword swipes, a shield bash, a thrust, and an earthquake attack. His energy waves have an audio telegraph in phase 1 and a deliberate visual telegraph in phase 2 as well as being slower and smaller but he is able to use multiple. In phase 2 he sticks to smaller energy waves and the earthquake primarily. His head takes the most damage and his shield block 95% of all damage however a fully charged arcane shot can pierce his shield and acts as a guaranteed stun for about 3 seconds. Overall a fairly complex early game boss. I highly reccomend you try and get the expansion pouch early so you can have more healing items. The pouch is in that treasure chest you would need double jump to get but it's also designed that well timed mid air attacks can carry you far enough to get it early.
