A new study says that for a third of Americans, working a full-time job year-round is not enough to cover necessities like rent, groceries and other basic needs.

California, in turn, has passed a law that aims to make life easier for fast food workers, capping minimum wage at $22 per hour.

The panel discusses their willingness to pay more for a fast food meal if a worker was being paid a living wage.
