Logitech G915 TKL review - An awesome, premium tenkeyless keyboard with some minor downsides
205This is a review overview of the Logitech G915 TKL - a tenkeyless, wireless gaming keyboard from Logitech. This is a low profile keyboard that has both a low-slung frame and thinner keyswitches and keycaps than most. Logitech says these keyswitches are 25% faster than other, standard keys and result in a better experience (it is great).

Features of the Logitech G915 TKL include:
- 40 hours on a single full charge (with RGB on)
- 1,124 hours without RGB (135 days)
- Lightspeed wireless 1ms report rate or Bluetooth connectivity
- Multimedia keys and volume wheel
- Low Profile mechanical switches (half the height of traditional switches)
- Choice of GL Clicky, GL Linear and GL Tactile switches
- GL Clicky keys (seen here) offer 1.5mm actuation distance, 50g actuation force and 2.7mm travel distance
- Lightsync RGB lighting
- Logitech G-Hub compatible
- Brushed aluminium alloy top case
- Lightspeed dongle storage spot and extender adapter
- Beautifully crafted aircraft-grade aluminum alloy frame
- Programmable macro keys (in function keys)
- Up to 3 onboard memory profiles
The downsides of this keyboard is the keycaps may well get dirty and greasy over time. They're also quite thin and flimsy looking. Macros can seemingly only be programmed to the top row, not the entire keyboard. With RGB backlighting turned off, the keys are barely visible.

For reference the keyswitches in this video are GL Clicky. These keyswitches provide "clear audio click with tactile feedback" similar to traditional mechanical key switches.
