This is a review of the Acer Nitro 5, a budget gaming laptop that's actually fairly decent. Works well for gaming and every day use and is fun to have around. It's also a good performer considering the price.

Highlights of this gaming laptop include:
- A decent price tag
- 120Hz/144Hz screen options
- A nice looking design considering the price
- Funky accents around the WASD keys and directional arrows

- High FPS on games like Valorant (180 FPS)
- Killer Ethernet makes it good enough to stream on

Downsides of the Nitro 5:
- Chunky screen bezels
- Fans get a bit loud under heavy use
- Battery only lasts around 3 hours
- Trackpad is frustating
- Toasty while gaming on the lap
- Basic storage specs are only 250GB which will fill up in no time

Assassin's Creed becnhmark said somewhere around 44 FPS average, but in the game it was more like 60-70.
Valorant ran at around 180 FPS.
Also played other games too, like Human Fall Flat, Far Cry New Dawn and Cuisine Royale with no problems.
