Longplay a Indie | Pyramis (2023)[p1of5] Indie take on Penumbra Horror Genre
Back in 2007 Frictional Games created a genre that fixed horror gaming ... by creating story driven stories with physics ... meaning all things in the world could be picked up-ed and used like in real life ... from chairs to tables to doors ... no longer you open that door or close that drawer ... no , you physical pull it , to create the sense you are there ... in that world
and on it they build a genre ... first person story driven horror games with object physics ... many try to clone it ... some can , some don't
Here is one of them ... from a studio that had one clone under theirs belt Nebraska store.steampowered.com/app/1726870/Nebraska/ ... that was well , not good ... this tries to fix that ...
Is it good , its ok ... has nice atmosphere and good story progression... the only bad is , the sounds are copyrighted so you will get creative derivative of sounds from my side to post this game here... the first sin in game development that PartyHard dev learned the hard way ...
part 1 of x ... since dunno how long it is
