The Flayed Man is a free horror point and click game that came out on April 17th, 2025. It was Developed and Published by Snoring Dog Games, and can be found on Steam at: https://store.steampowered.com/app/3471670/The_Flayed_Man/

In The Flayed Man, you wake up without your memories and skin, and must find out what is going on. You do this by interacting with objects in the world to gather clues, combining items to make new items, and solving puzzles. You will also talk to 3 people that you must either forgive or condemn for their crimes. These choices affect the ending (condemning even one person gives you the bad ending).

There are 3 endings to the game (2 of which are shown in this video), and can be obtained by doing the following:

Good Ending - Forgive everyone, and at the end of the game, choose "Yes, I understand" when given the choice.

Bad Ending - Forgive everyone, and at the end of the game, choose "No, I want life" when given the choice.

Bad Ending 2 - Condemn at least one person and complete the game. NOTE that there IS an achievement for condemning all 3 people and completing the game, so you may as well get these both at the same time. This ending is a slight variant of the other bad ending, but with the same outcome.
