In order to unlock the Model Tenant achievement, you must fully pay your rent. To do this, you must pay Mr. Henderson (your landlord) all of the rent you owe him. This will cost a total of $750, so be sure to bring cash! You will also find a bunch of money by searching the apartment each time it changes (see below for what that means).

Mr. Henderson's apartment is on the first floor, but his door will be closed until you witness the bus crash into the building. After this happens, his door will be open. You will notice that flashes of light can be seen in his doorway, as well as gunshots being heard. Enter the apartment, and you will be forced in a fight.

Kill the enemies, and afterwards, talk to Mr. Henderson. he won't trust you at first, but just answer him by telling him his name. After the conversation, he will send you to the bathroom to get medicine for him since during the fight, some of the enemies crawled into his mouth. Enter the bathroom, and once you leave, notice that the apartment has changed!

Your goal now is to navigate the apartment and find Mr. Henderson. Each time you talk to him, he will say you must pay the rent you owe him. Pay him the amount you owe him (it doubles each time, starting at $50, then $100, $200 and then finally $400). Each time you pay him and you go through the door, the apartment will expand some more. Each time this happens, explore and navigate back to Mr. Henderson. Once you have paid him four times for a total of $750, the achievement will unlock!
