This is my playthrough for the Lord of the Rings - War in the North PS3 game.
One possible glitch that I encountered is when you leave Urgost, go straight to the Nordinbad battle. If you did like me and go to Rivendell to drop off the Cult of the Lidless Eye quest, Nordinbad disappears from map, and you can't selected it.

At 46:35 I start the boss battle against the Carn Dum Captain.
Quests
36:25 - Cult of the Lidless Eye (get the scroll that is dropped off the caster)
51:30 - Cult of the Lidless Eye (get the scroll that is dropped off the Carn Dum Captain) At this point, if you did not miss one, you should have all 7 scrolls.
1:00:57 - Dropped off the scrolls to Elrond

Trophies Completed
33:00 - Champion of the North (Achieve level 20.)
58:35 - In the Dragon's Den (Meet a dragon and survive.)
1:01:45 - The Lidless Eye (Complete the investigation of the Cult of the Lidless Eye.)
