For this fight I recommend 2 Pieta Swords both with 3 runes, so 6 total runes.

Increase Poison Buildup Rune X 2
Increase Smite Buildup X 2
Increase Holy Damage X 2

Equip Bramble Ring for Healing when Smite activates.
Equip Bloodbane Ring for Adding Bleed to Poison Attacks.
Put Poison Salts, and Manastones in your Quick Menu list

Equip Unbridled Focus which Reduces MP burn with the below spells active.
Have Aura of Tenacity and Invigorating Aura Spells Equipped and use them prior to walking into the arena.

Any Armor which protects against Fire and Physical / Ignite is good.

Alternatively you can use one Pieta sword and add a Shield with Runes for Physical Attack / Ignite protection if you are having issues staying alive, or swapping out your Pendant for Warriors Claw or Emperyan Pendant.
