Update: I realized I recorded this longplay at too low a volume, and boosting the volume in video editing really didn't up the volume, so I decided to re-record a new longplay with better volume levels here:

The game makes it nearly impossible to escape from the cpu if it decides it wants to get in close and barrage you to death (playing against the last boxer is a pain). I've beaten the game a couple of times when I was younger without cheats or glitches, but it still wasn't fun trying to get away from the cpu if they decided to keep getting in your face and punch away.
Also, not all the KO combos the trainer gives you will work (at least according to my own experience). Most of the ones involving uppercuts won't work even if they all connect.

In this longplay I am utilizing a glitch I recently found in this game; normally you hold back(left or right) to dodge, and this only lasts 1-2 seconds, then you are vulnerable to being hit again. But I found out if you press any punch like jab while dodging, you will return to normal and lose some punching energy like you were jabbing, but instead of throwing a jab, you'll go back to doing a new dodge. So as long as you have punching energy, you can do this to remain dodging indefinitely. It definitely makes the game a lot more playable vs the cpu, especially vs the last 2 boxers..

The game is decent fun once in a while, but it's got plenty of annoying flaws, and overall I think there are better dos boxing games.
