(Read below for combo notation)
Norris' 100 fists special (forward+special) launches the opponent high and allows you to do a lot of damage in combos if you followup properly. However, most players will only attempt something basic like AAAA - antiair when the move allows you to do a lot more, increasing the chance you explode multiple enemies if any were to be caught midway into the move. Here are just some suggestions.
I use a generic AAAA - 100 fists starter; obviously you can do a lot more (I have a video on that).
For every combo ender, you can end with AAAA - 28A or AAA8AJ.
Notation:
I use CPU keypad notation for directions; 8=up, 4=left, 6=right, 2=down, 5=neutral.
A=attack, J=jump, S=special
In all of Norris' enders, you can substitute AAAA - 28A for AAA8AJ to get higher points if only 1 enemy is left and already dead
0:00 AAAAx2 ender
(facing right)
AAAA - 6S,
6645 or walk forward a little -
AAAA, AAAA - 28A
-you want to walk forward a bit so you end up around 1/3 to 1/2 of the enemy's height
0:08 backward 28A ender
(facing right)
AAAA - 6S,
walk forward a little -
AA - 27A, AAAA - 28A
-You don't walk forward as much compared to the AAAAx2 ender, just a little; you want the backwards hurricane kick to hit them as far as possible so that they land as close as possible.
-These previous 2 enders are easy enough to know and should be applied depending on your position to the edge of the screen; if your back is to the edge, go for the AAAAx2 ender; if your front is closer to the edge, go for the backwards 28A version.

(facing right)
AAAA - 6S,
6645 or walk forward a little -
AAAA, AAA - 66A - 664 -
AAAA, AAAA - 28A
-The "AAA slide 664 AAAA, AAAA" component is a huge part of Norris' high damage combos. The biggest keys are 1) to delay a little bit before doing the slide (so you don't slide too far away from the opponent) and 2) to put another small delay after the slide so you don't end up doing the 4th hit and instead start the chain from the beginning.
0:29 Backward 28A into AAA... AAAAx2 ender
(facing right)
AAAA - 6S,
walk forward a little -
AA - 27A, AAA - 44A - 446 -
AAAA, AAAA - 28A
-Same deal with the previous combo
0:41 Backward 28A into 4465 AAAAx2
(facing right)
AAAA - 6S,
walk forward a little -
AA - 27A,
4465 - AAAA, AAAA - 28A
-you may find this easier than dash cancelling the slide, this combo may also be more useful vs multiple enemies, because there's less likelihood of dropping multiple enemies without a slide
0:51 28A combos to 100 Fists
(facing right)
66A - 6638A, 66S,
walk forward, AA - 27A,
4465 - AAAA, AAAA - 28A
-Norris' 6S has a long enough reach that it can surprisingly combo after his 28A, but you do need to make sure you are close enough during the 28A, and then add a dash before the 6S if need be
-the reason I add a dash after the slide (though slide can directly combo into 28A) is to make sure you are close enough so the 66S will reach them a lot easier
-this combo as a whole is actually quite useful, given that slide into 28A is very useful vs the cpu with groups of enemies
