(Read below for combo notation)

Gal's last hit of her AAAAA attack chain does a TON of damage. So does her 6S special. So to deal max damage in combos without throws, you link together as many AAAAAs as possible.

These combos basically work off 2 concepts:
1)cancelling her AAAAA with jump occurs a LOT faster than with dash; hence, one of the keys is doing the jump and the 2 hit air chain as quick as possible as the last hit of AAAAA comes out.
2)you will also notice afterward, that you land relatively close to the opponent; just outside of standing A range, but close enough that a dash into something could reach.
So you're basically linking 2 AAAAAs together with a J2A5A followed by a quick 6645.

Despite the difficulty of these combos, I do think at least some of them are practical, because only 1-2 spots in most of the combos are hard; the rest are fairly straightfoward. So they can be used in a real longplay. They of course won't work vs heavyweights.

Notation:

I use CPU keypad notation for directions; 8=up, 4=left, 6=right, 2=down, 5=neutral.
A=attack, J=jump, S=special

0:00 link after raw AAAAA
(facing right)
AAAAA - 3JA5A,
6645 - AAAAA - 6S - AAAAA - 28A
This combo's meant to show you can link a 2nd AAAAA after a raw AAAAA; I personally don't find this variation as useful, because it's much harder to link.

0:08 for safety instead of damage
AAAAA - 3JA5A,
6645 - AAAAA - 28A - air S
Most people actually end with Gal's combos with AAAAA - 28A - air S, and this is fine, if you're going for safety over damage. AAAAA - 6S - AAAAA - 28A actually does more and has a higher chance of exploding. If you're not surrounded by enemies, go for her 6S ender.

0:16 link after 6S - AAAAA
(facing right)
AAAAA - 6S -
6645 - AAAAA - 3JA5A,
6645 - AAAAA - 28A
Meant to show how you can link 2 AAAAA's after her 6S special; this means in theory you can connect 4 AAAAA's in one combo so far; 2 before the 6S, and 2 after.

0:24 after dash attack
(facing right)
AAA - 66A,
6645 - AAAAA - 3JA5A,
6645 - AAAAA - 6S - AAAAA - 28A
After your dash attack, you can take a quick dash in to put yourself in ideal position to land a AAAAA and link more; this works well whether you connect a dash attack after AAA or do a raw dash attack.

0:33 Gal's secret move
(facing right)
AAA - 66A(hold)28,
4AAAAA - 1JA5A,
4465 - AAAAA - 4S - AAAAA - 28A
IMO this is the best way to do Gal's advanced bnb. The secret move will pop them up high so that it's easier to link the 2nd AAAAA afterward.

0:46 throw starter
(facing right)
AAAA2A(or grab, 4A throw) -
441JA5A - 6AAAAA - 3JA5A,
6645 - AAAAA - 6S - AAAAA - 28A

0:56 throw loop x2
(facing right)
[AAAA2A -
441JA5A - 6AAAAA - 3JA5A,
6645 -] xn,
AAAAA - 6S - AAAAA - 28A
-you can modify Gal's regular throw loop ([6AAAA2A - 441J5A -] xn) to include her AAAAA links. I couldn't do more than 2, but this should give you an idea it's possible.
