(Read below for combo notation)

Norris has the greatest combo versatility in the game. And some of his combos really hurt, giving him the ability to link together multiple AAAAs without even using a single throw or special.
This video mainly focuses on what you can do to link together multiple AAAAs in one combo, while using as little throws and 100 fist extensions (forward+special). I have a separate video if you want to figure out combo routes after 100 Fist to maximize damage.

Notation:

I use CPU keypad notation for directions; 8=up, 4=left, 6=right, 2=down, 5=neutral.
A=attack, J=jump, S=special
x = that particular hit in the chain doesn't occur; ie if I write xxAA, that means you perform Norris' 3rd and 4th hits of his chain (press A 2 times), not press A 4 times
In all of Norris' enders, you can substitute AAA8AJ for AAAA - 28A to get higher points if only 1 enemy is left and already dead (ditto with AAAA - 2369S), or do 6S and followups instead of 28A for more damage

0:00 - AAA into AAAAx2 starter
(facing right)
AAA - 66A - 664 -
AAAA, AAAA - 28A
-this combo is tricky when you first start out; you want to pause a tiny bit after the AAA before doing the slide (so the slide hits deep and not far away), then after the slide, you must wait a tiny bit before continuing with 4AAAA; if you don't, you will do the 4th hit of the chain instead and miss
-despite its quirkiness, learning this combo is key to mastering Norris' more damaging combos; most of the more damaging routes I've found use this combo extension in the middle (as you'll see later in the video)

0:06 - "" but ending with 100 fist extension instead of 28A
(facing right)
AAA - 66A - 664 -
AAAA, AAAA - 4S,
walk forward,
AA - 29A, AAA8AJ
-example of a 100 fist extension if you substitute for 28A; not much will be paid attention to 100 Fist extensions in this video because Norris has many options and I also have a video showing you ways to optimize your followups after the 6S if you're interested

0:17 AA slide xxAA starter
(facing right)
AA - 66A - 664 -
xxAA, AAA - 66A - 664 -
AAAA, AAAA - 28A
-this combo HURTS (as does most Norris combos listed here, but still). It's again tricky because the first slide cancels (both cancelling into it and out of it), you want to do everything quick; that will make the computer think you're continuing the chain after the slide. But then, for the "AAA... etc" part, like talked before, you want to put tiny pauses between the AAA and slide, and the slide and AAAA.

0:25 AA slide 28A AAA
(facing right)
AA - 66A - 66(delay)38A,
AAA - 66A - 664 -
AAAA, AAAA - 28A
-one of my favorite norris combos
-you actually don't need to cancel the 1st slide into a dash, but a dash moves you slower than the slide, making it easier to properly position yourself for the hurricane kick; try to hit them as far as possible

0:34 "" into 6645 AAAAx2
(facing right)
AA - 66A - 66(delay)38A,
6645 - AAAA, AAAA - 28A
-if you end up hitting them too deep for the hurricane kick and they fly further away, you can still salvage the combo by doing a quick dash and stop afterward

0:41 throw starter
(facing right)
AAA8A (or 6A throw) -
6645 - AAA - 66A - 664 -
AAAA, AAAA - 28A
-throw is probably the only starter norris has that doesn't allow you to get 3 AAAAs off without a throw or special in the middle of the combo, but...

0:49 AAA8A can extend combos
(facing right)
AA - 66A - 66(delay)38A,
AAA - 66A - 664 -
AAAA, AAA8A -
4465 - AAA - 44A - 446 -
AAAA, AAAA - 28A
-... you can substitute the previous throw combo in for any AAAA at the end of any other combo to extend it for more damage

1:03 divekick starter
(facing right)
J in air -
AAAA, AAA - 66A - 664 -
AAAA, AAA8AJ
-divekick is also really useful because it can change your direction in the air; say you jump over your opponent going right, and change your mind midair and want to come down towards the left to hit him; you can
-the key to max divekick damage is placement; you want to press J when slightly outside of their shoulder horizontally, so you hit around the top of their head and come down just slightly past the halfway point of their body; if you do that, linking 2 AAAA's together should be easy

1:11 slide starter
(facing right)
66A - 664 -
AAAA, AAA - 44A - 446 -
AAAA, AAA8AJ
-same combo as before, but as a slide starter
-this slide combo will explode the monkey and characters with similar health
