The second room isn't very dangerous anymore, since I can just run right through it.
It's best not to attack with the sword when the yellow fireball shooters are on screen, as they only shoot when you have the sword out. Otherwise, they aren't dangerous.
I abuse Ether in a couple rooms where there are a few water spiders. If you don't use Ether in the swimming room before the boss, it's easy to get trapped on the ledge by spiders, so you have to be quick.
This boss is really easy for the most part, but occasionally one of the puffs that you hookshot can hit you after you bring it over. This caused the only fail on a boss before Blind, which I find highly ironic because this boss is the easiest besides Armos.
