My review of the Commodore 64 game Ghostbusters, released by Activision in 1984. This was the first ever licensed game-of-the-film title that I had, which I got on the day of release. Like everyone, I was immediately impressed by the speech, the rendition of the Ghostbusters theme, and the game itself.... However, again like everyone else, once the novelty wore off (which took very little time indeed) I realised the game was extremely tedious and repetitive... and has aged about as well as my hairline....
