Lumione - Restore Light to the Seabed in this Deep Sea Platformer
68Demo playthrough of Lumione, where you play as a sea fairy named Glimmer pursuing the path of light and bring it back to the darkness of the seabed. You of course accomplish this through platforming, engaging in trials of wisdom and courage. Namely, recklessly traversing spike-filled locations and afterwards gaining wisdom to note "maybe I should have taken a safer route".
The aesthetics of the game are really good. Gameplay's pretty solid too. Unlike other games with an air dash, you instead have a flight ability that you can freely change direction while using it (and often need to in order to complete a room). My only complaint is the wall grab at time feels a bit inconsistent and you find yourself sliding down the wall instead of grabbing it.
Alas, this playthrough has a death from taking stupid pills and not gauging the length of my dash correctly.
