Ha, ha! Fun with synonyms. Anyway, it's story time again.

Little Roll was doing a little bit of mall hopping during her free time. (Don't ask what she got, she nearly broke the team's budget.) She needed to go to the upper levels to get her next item on her list, so, as one would suspect, she took the nearest elevator to get to her next destination. It was there that she met a familiar face. It was none other than Dizzy who was doing a little shopping of her own.

The two were chatting it up for a quick bit until Roll told her that she met with May a while back. It so happened that the two of them fought a friendly match against each other during the visit. (The match actually happened, but it was an off-screen, unrecorded fight.) After hearing the details of the match, Dizzy was intrigued; after all, knowing how strong May was, to have Roll put up a fight against her is a rather interesting thought.

It was right then where Dizzy decided to ask Roll for a little sparring match... right inside the elevator! Of course, Roll was a bit surprised at the suddenness of the request; especially since not only was Dizzy more of a pacifist, but also... they were going to fight in an elevator. Luckily, the elevator was "ginormous" and was suited for battle. Thus, they dropped everything for the time being, and the fight was about to begin with both showing signs that neither were going to hold back. It was going to be a wild one, indeed.

As for the match itself, I feel that I was extremely lucky to even get this result. In all aspects, Roll v. Dizzy is a total brain-numbing mismatch with multiple failures practially a given. Then again, it's because of the circumstances that makes matches like these all the more satisfying. At least to me it is.

Opponent: Dizzy by Muteki (AI Patched, Lv. 10)
Stage: Metro Dream
BGM: Jewel Temptation (Rockman 10 AST)

Vucious' Random Rant: I've been thinking about this for the past day or so. Is showcasing LOSING matches worth showing? What would showing those types of matches prove? Do they actually tell more about one's skill level than winning matches?

Personally, I don't see the point in doing so, even if said matches are still very close, or at the very worse, completely lop-sided. All that shows is that you couldn't beat who you wanted to beat, and sometimes it doesn't prove anything more than that. Then again, sometimes showing only wins doesn't prove much either, especially if you were basically lucky in your match. The aftereffect is even worse if you didn't have the so-called "skills" to do it proper.

I don't know, but to show such things is up to the player to decide. I just don't see the point in showing that you can take a loss to prove that you can. However, even this line of thinking can cause a little back and forth discussion with hypocracy abound. I just thought I put something up for discussion.
