एक धातु \( (M) \) क्षार जैसे \( \mathrm{NaOH} \) व \( \mathrm{KOH} \) के साथ क्रिया करके एक गैस \( (N) \) निर्मित करती है। वही गैस तब बनती है जब धातु तनु सल्फ्यूरिक अम्ल के साथ क्रिया करती है। गैस \( (N) \) उच्च ताप व दाब पर मेथेनॉल निर्मित करने के लिए अन्य विषाक्त गैस \( (P) \) के साथ क्रिया करती है। \( (N) \) सहसंयोजी हाइड्राइडों को निर्मित करने के लिए धातुओं जैसे \( (Q) \) के साथ भी क्रिया करती है। \( M, N, P \) एवं \( Q \) क्रमशः हैं-
(A) \( \mathrm{Zn}, \mathrm{H}_{2}, \mathrm{CO}, \mathrm{Na} \)
(B) Al, \( \mathrm{H}_{2}, \mathrm{H}_{2} \mathrm{~S}, \mathrm{~B} \)
(C) \( \mathrm{Na}, \mathrm{H}_{2}, \mathrm{Cl}_{2}, \mathrm{Ca} \)
(D) \( \mathrm{Mg}, \mathrm{H}_{2}, \mathrm{NO}_{2}, \mathrm{Al} \)
