SITUATION
It is March of 1963, you are part of MAC-V SOG Recon Team (RT) Dakota, callsign Cobra. You will conduct covert actions in Laos. The missions you will conduct are top secret. The US government will deny your existence if you are captured or killed.

MISSION
Yesterday, heavy surface to air missile fire downed a US Navy F-4, call-sign Phantom 2-6. That was in target Sierra Nine in Laos, west of highway 14. Both crew members ejected safely. An Air force Forward Air Controller (FAC), Covey 527, located their parachutes. They are in a hell of a fix.

Based on intelligence the FAC provided, a AAA tracers were seen in the vicinity of Sierra Two before the aircraft was hit. The FAC observed the pilot/copilot landing safely. There's no way a Jolly Green can get to the crew without being blown out of the sky.

A half hour ago, General West Mooreland asked Chief SOG to send a recon team to rescue the pilot. The pilot, Lt. Michael Bowers, is in good physical shape besides a knee injury sustained upon landing. Many NVA search parties are scouring the area for him. Your mission is to find the aircrew, evade or kill NVA search parties if necessary, and extract them safely.

1. Infiltrate Airfield at Night
2. Destroy NVA Artillery
3. Rescue Pilot and Co-Pilot
X. Destroy AAA

Note: Based on missions from Elite Warriors Vietnam.
