This week for No-Nostalgia Retro Gaming the votes are for "Mail Order Monsters", a bit of a unique take on action-based arena combat put out by Electronic Arts in 1985... though this video almost didn't happen as this game was originally PACKED with copy protection, thus making it extremely hard to find a disk image which worked right! :o

That said, the gameplay itself is kinda like if you took the battle system in Archon and added a layer of monster making on top with numerous weapons, body parts, and items to use. It's interesting for sure but just like Archon VERY difficult vs. the computer!
