As of 1.05 for DOA6, sidestep attacks (SSA) now cost 25% meter to execute, which is equivalent to 1 segment out of the new 4-segment Break Gauge. This will have major ramifications of Dead or Alive 6's metagame going forward. To put things in perspective, Break Hold & Break Blow usage will indirectly become affected. For instance, anytime you use a SSA now, your Break Blow will not be available until you fill up your Break Gauge again. Fatal Rushes can become very deadly now since misuses of Break Holds can become critical to defeats.
