Made sweet potato wedges (fries) a few days ago. Just the usual, with the usual nice seasoning and bake stuff. Just a video of how I do it and my mindset (this isn't really a tutorial).

I really liked this batch. Although some of it looked slightly burnt, it was just mostly caramelization and it gave off a nice crisp. The seasoning made it so nice as well. Overall, better than regular potatoes but still not the healthiest thing in the world. Still decent nutrition and most people enjoy it.
