"Pizza time!"
Seen variations of this recipe in many places, and have made this a lot. You can basically use leftover curry (gravy of choice) and veggies with naan. Pretty quick, simple and tasty!
I used jalapenos, white onions, and red peppers as my choice of veggies, with cilantro as garnish. Also garnished with black pepper and red pepper flakes. I just used regular medium sized naan bread from Costco. Cheeses can be pretty flexible, I use cheddar but mozza also nice. Used leftover chicken tikka that I made the other day. Devilishly delicious and pretty spicy!
