Making Damascus from Assassin's Creed in Far Cry 5! (XSX)
80Discovering Damascus for the first time in the original Assassin's Creed was a sight to behold. It was ahead of it's time in terms of scale and sheer epicness. Even now, when playing Assassins Creed 1 on Xbox Series X, it looks stunning. All the other games in the series that followed were cool, but I personally much preferred the dark religious tones of the original. Like watching footage of my brother's holiday in Magaloof, I can experience the scary, archaic atmosphere from the comfort of my own living room, just brilliant. The funnest part of this build was recreating Altair on horseback overlooking the city- because there are no horse assets or hooded assassin's with weapon attachments... These moments that force creative thinking are my absolute favourite so I hope you like my solution!
