*FIX UPDATE*
- Regular Fukiage (Up Punches) have been confirmed to still be jump cancellable on hit, just not on block. I have re-added that functionality.
- EX Fukiage can no longer Jump Cancel on Block.
- EX Oroshi is now Throw immune for it's start-up.

- a Rough Delayed Wakeup is now available to Makoto. Hold HP at the beginning of a knock down to remain down for 19 more frames.
(It can be done of Hard or Soft knockdown atm, I'll remove Soft Knockdown if I figure out how to differentiate between them.)
- FADC Red Focus attacks now crumple on Lv1 on hit. (Absorbs 0 hits)
- Re-Adjusted st.HP Hit Advantage vs. Crouchers. (st.HP, Hayate Cancel, st.HP no longer possible)
