There are 2 different Hot Wheels Plug and Play units, there's one that's a wheel shaped controller, and is similar to one of the GBA games (clearly using some of the same assets) and then there's this one, a unit with 2 small car shaped controllers. Interestingly this one likely shipped in different configurations as there's a solder pad inside each controller which selects 1 of 2 possible car types. There doesn't seem to be any other footage on YouTube of this Plug and Play at the time of uploading, but there's plenty of the other Hot Wheels one (that still isn't dumped / emulated)
