This is based on GeneralPlus / SunPlus CPU with a unSP2.0 based core, possibly even a GPL16250, however all video hardware is bypassed and screen data is output through a single port presumably to the LCD controller. This thing, despite struggling to show 5 'sprites' actually runs at around 100Mhz as the code it runs is very inefficient. There are of course not 788 games either, and the emulation crashes after this point.
