This is the infamous MSI Mega Man 2 Plug and Play, complete with missing ready text and glitched Metal Man. This is once again another questionable product, with most Mega Man players agreeing the game plays better on a pad than a cheap and imprecise arcade joystick, with the button layout presenting further problems on this unit. As with the others the splash screens use the VT screen mode / palette, while the game is just the NES game, albeit with some porting issues.
