This is a very interesting version of Super Pinball Action, it's dated 2 years earlier than the final release, and used a 2nd screen similar to what you might see on a real pinball table for the scores. This is a US version, and there doesn't seem to be full nudity in it like the final game, the dancers for example wear tassels.

I assume this was built to work in a unit closer to the form factor of a table than a traditional arcade game. I'd long suspected this version had an extra screen, or maybe a dot matrix style display, but hadn't quite figured it out until now.
