MAME 0.244 will have colours in Vortex thanks to Mike Coates. This game was a Space Invaders conversion, and used some unusual circuity to add colour output on an otherwise monochrome hardware type. It looks ugly, but matches the PCB captures we have (shown to the left) The game is awful, but it's good to see awful games get attention sometimes. It's a single button Asteroids knock-off on a raster screen where you have to hold down the fire button to move and aiming is imprecise at best.
