So a new job has kinda limited the amount of time I've had to prepare streams, and well.. stream, but it's the weekend, so I have a little time, and feel a Data East Special coming on.

Data East was responsible for many arcade games, although never quite bridged the gap to 3D hardware. I've done streams looking at the DECO cassette games exclusively before, but want to do a broader stream on Data East arcade games, and some of the games they published, or were otherwise involved with on home systems. This is only going to be a small slice of what Data East had to offer, and is a subject I may revisit, but honestly, Data East I feel should be held in the same regard as Namco, Sega and the other top-tier developers albeit usually not pushing boundaries with the technology.
