Man Charged in Delphi Murders
0In connection with the deaths of two Indiana teenagers, Richard M. Allen, 50, is accused with two counts of murder. Liberty German, 14, and Abigail Williams, 13 were slain in February 2017. The next day, their remains were discovered in a forested location close to the route where they had been left off for a trip. Neighbors said that two and a half weeks ago, they witnessed police examining Allen's home.
“Today is not a day to celebrate, but the arrest … is sure a major step in leading to a conclusion of this long term and complex investigation,” Indiana State Police Superintendent Doug Carter told reporters.
