The Dark Pictures Anthology: Man of Medan is a horror themed video game played from a third-person perspective in which single or multiple players assume control of five different characters that become trapped on board a ghost ship.

Here is the timeline for getting trophies, collectables and choices throughout the game.
TIMELINE:
12:38 - 12:53 - Collectable: Secret #26 - Guard Duty Note - When Alex says "Oh Shit" as Conrad turn to his left and on a crate is the collectable.
14:14 - 14:28 - As Conrad, choose Confident to get the If you're selling, I'm buying Trophy.
16:14 - 16:27 - Collectable: Secret #44 - 1947 Newspaper - As Conrad, to the left of him on the table is the collectable.
16:33 - 16:52 - Collectable: Secret #28 - Private Miller's Letter - Go round the table and to the right of Julia is the collectable.
20:47 - 21:07 - Collectable: Secret #14 - Guard Duty Roster - As Conrad, go into the first room on the left to find the collectable.
21:17 - 22:21 - Collectable: Secret #45 - Private Reed's Letter - Keep walking until you see Julia, turn left is a bathroom, which has the next collectable.
22:43 - 24:17 - Collectable: Secret #7 - Engineer's Logbook - Now go through the door past Julia and you will be on a metal walkway, follow the path until you see Conrad, turn left to find the collectable. To get the collectable to count, pick the book up and then flip the pages until you get secret found.
24:28 - 25:29 - Collectable: Secret #11 - Journal - Keep following the path until you see a room of bunk beds, turn left and go forward and left again to find the next collectable. This collectable is also a book and must be handled in the same way as the last collectable.
25:39 - 26:11 - Black Framed Picture #3 - In The Offing - Literally turn around from the journal and walk in a straight line to the other side of the room. The picture frame will be in the open cabinet, on your left.
