The Binary Search is a very powerful tool to debug large sets of mods. You can go through and figure out what's causing a crash in a fraction of the time that it'd take to search for each mod alone.

Naturally, this is oversimplified and leaves out some stuff such as dependencies for mods (don't remove mods other mods depend on unless they are all moved together, for example) and a few other minuscule quirks.
