0The last cup in the base game, but not the last cup overall, it is the Lightning Cup on 150cc, so prepare to see items being thrown out by opponents, like Blue Shells and Lightning Bolts, because the tracks are DS Tick Tock Clock, 3DS Piranha Plant Pipeway (Piranha Plant Slide), Wii Grumble Volcano, and N64 Rainbow Road, and those can be some challenging courses.
I chose Roy Koopa for this Grand Prix, and I went with The Duke, Monster, and Bowser Kite, while the CPU Koopalings never use the Bowser Kite, I like using that glider whenever I use any of them, and I like using Roy on a bike because of the handstand he does whenever he does tricks.
For other vehicle combinations used by Roy as a CPU player, he uses the Bandwagon, Off-Road, and Super Glider, and the others are used by every other Koopaling, there is the Landship, Wood, and Super Glider, and and the Koopa Clown, Standard tires, and Super Glider.
For being one of the larger Koopalings, Roy is a heavyweight character, but he is not the heaviest Koopaling, that would be Morton. Roy is in the same weight, speed, and handling class as Donkey Kong and Waluigi, while not the heaviest character, he does have good speed, but is not that easy to handle, because that is what a heavyweight character is all about in Mario Kart, and if you are wondering, Roy's rival in the Grand Prix is Morton, which makes sense as they are both heavyweight Koopalings.
