This battle was done in Battle Arena, and I changed the rules so that players can choose the stage, so that way I can get in an online match on Mishima Dojo, the most recent DLC stage added into the game.
Mishima Dojo is a really interesting stage, although I wouldn't put it in my favourites, it is at least good enough. This is a flat stage with walls blocking off the blast zones, but they can be broken if you attack them enough times or launch a fighter into them with enough knockback, so I guess it's kind of like King of Fighters Stadium in some way, but they will be repaired after a certain amount of time. Heihachi can be seen in the background of this stage, and while he is usually sitting down, he does get up an react to KOs, and in 8-player Smash, which doesn't happen in online, Heihachi will not be in the background. I do kind of wonder what happens with this stage if hazards are turned off, I have never tried it myself, and I probably won't ever, because I don't like turning off hazards in online battles. One other thing is that the Tekken series has added 39 songs into this game, which is the second most songs out of any new series included in this game, the first being the SNK series, like Fatal Fury and King of Fighters, which added 50 songs.
I use Terry in this match, and I do keep track of which alternate costumes I have used, and I couldn't remember if I went over it, but I think I have used all the alternate costumes of all characters on the base roster and all of Fighters Pass 1, so I now keep track of alternate costumes if I play as a character from Fighters Pass 2. My opponent in this battle does very decently with Sonic, and it was a good thing I decided to show off Mishima Dojo, but I wouldn't mind seeing it show up on random online battles through Quick Play.
