This is Floor 8 of this game (Floor 7 in the European version).
Instead of playing as Mario (Mario vs Donkey Kong), you get to control the Mini-Marios. All you need is a DS pen or stylus if you're playing on an emulator.
Also, note that I won't be able to get gold stars in every level but I do intend on getting all the total Mini Marios in each world/floor.
