Start the game and begin Level 1.
Progress through the opening on-rails shooter sequence until the first Martian (a green-headed alien) appears on screen.
Aim your reticle at that Martian and press fire to shoot it once (it only takes one hit).
The trophy will pop immediately upon defeating that very first Martian.
💡 Tip: This trophy is tied to the main story, so you can’t miss it—just play through the start of Level 1 and focus on the first enemy that appears.
