On average, this chase takes a good 2 minutes or so to catch Shocker. However, you can make this process go by quicker by below a minute if you know what to do; Shocker always goes in a pre-designated path at the start of the chase and doesn’t he deviate from it, if you Point Launch and Web Swing a certain way fast enough and go the opposite direction of him then you should be able to catch Shocker before he reaches the Williamsburg Bridge, it may take a few tries but if done right you’ll shorten your time on this chase significantly.

Once you do this, Herman will go around his usual path through the archway at, cut him off by going the opposite direction he’s going, moving forward by Point Launching as fast as possible.
