Mass Effect Legendary Edition is a remaster of all three games from the Shepard saga. All of the DLCs except for ME1's Pinnacle Station are present. PS couldn't be brought over due to loss of the original source code. Some tweaks have been made to the original ME's game play. I will be playing on the Veteran level.

Unlike most recent EA releases MELE doesn't use Frostbite, but is instead powered by Unreal Engine 3 which the original ME trilogy was made with.

This is the PC version. It is also on PS4 and XB1 with backward compatibility for PS5 and XSX. Denuvo Anti-Tamper (not to be confused with Denuvo Anti-Cheat) was used at launch. That was removed as of 7 June 2021. Here is the first mission of the game.
