So since we are soloing, you don't really need squad ammo powers. You could respec them all to heavy evolutions. I didn't bother to respec, and stuck with the most generalized soldier build. However, most likely the best build is simply something like this:

Heightened / Hardened Adrenaline Rush 4
Inferno Ammo 4
Commando 4
Improved Flashbang 4

Dealer's choice on Adrenaline Rush evolution, but Improved Flashbang is a lot more valuable than the other ammos. Of course, Arrival mooks like to move around and sometimes aren't CC'd properly, but otherwise IFB should be helpful.
