I explain the Rho fight as it evolves. The most important thing is to watch for Pyros, Flashbangs, and the one or two units that will like to try and flank. Elites and Engineers can be saved until the last wave potentially. Try to be on a side of the room with a door to block one spawn direction at the start of a wave.
I was really tempted to show the "fastest way past Rho" by getting myself killed right away.
