(M.A.T.V.)Earthbound: "And So it Begins"
In other episodes of the show, I remember mentioning I have Earthbound, and I know in one episode I showed the actual cartridge. This is just my way of saying that this was done on an actual Super Nintendo. In fact one of the reasons I do these videos on a black and white T.V. is a means of proving that none of the games I do are on emulation. As my editing skills would suggest I would have no way of shooping the actual video into the body of an old T.V. and play the game. As for the cartridge I probably paid a little more than I wanted to but I have it now and have beaten it a few times. Now just to see if I can scare up one of the guide books. As for the story behind this episode I was thinking one day of what other games would make sense on this T.V. Then I thought of how the intro screen works. Figured it would be fun to convince everyone that the T.V. wasn't working. Which with this particular model I do have to adjust quite frequently. All the same it does seem weird that we would do a video for a gag that would only be in the first part. However though Clonetrooper250 and I are really big fans of this game and wanted to play through some of it. I will tell you right now that I do not have the footage of us playing through the entire game. One because it hasn't been filmed and two, this game is very long. Other than that I hope that you enjoy, this cult classic and what could possibly described as a cult classic channel. Though I don't think I have that loyal of followers. In fact how many people actually read these?
