4Long story short:
Arasitatu was attacked by surprise, and caught in a trap at the same time, and he either had to surrender or they threatened to hurt the Elite Force member that was with him. Ofc he has a plan and surrenders and gets taken to a heavily guarded prison built specially for him. Arasitatu manages to manipulate Ace into smuggling him out, and Ace tries to hide him in his shared apartment. Unfortunately his roommate Jason(aka Maverick) came home just as the two of them had gotten back, and now Ace is in trouble.
(currently finishing up the longer version it'll be on the way I promise it's hilarious and angsty)
