Max Payne 3 - two future data skips in Chapter 3
Two small skips in Chapter 3 using "future data" glitch.
Actually, these skips are the result of a new observation about future data: if you activate future data while Max is lying down or shootdodging, he is unable to move at all during the combined cutscene.
Getting temporarily stuck might seem like a bad thing in a speedrun, but in this case it managed to transform a few previously useless future data variations into useful ones.

0:00 - first skip, which is done in Chapter 3-6. This saves around 10 seconds?
Using future data in Chapter 3-6 normally makes Max run off on his own when Chapter 3-7 intro begins, causing him to fall through the ground and ruin any timesave to be had here. However, lying down or shootdodging makes him become stuck at the doorway instead.
0:16 - if you cover and aim at the doorway, you have a clear shot at Passos. Shooting him is the quickest way to get a game over, after which the game is forced to safely restart from Chapter 3-7. Things work out normally after that.
0:41 - another skip in Chapter 3-11 / 12. (There's one extra Checkpoint on PC before reaching the TV stadium, hence the different numbers.)
Same principle: shootdodging or lying on ground allows Max to survive using future data in this area. Instead of falling down as the sniper segment begins, he remains in the sniper tower and you can play through the set piece normally while the combined cutscene is going on. You see one extra Passos running around, but that shouldn't matter too much...
This doesn't save too much time either - basically just one unskippable bit where Max runs up to the sniper tower. So overall around 8 seconds?
