Welcome back to another MCreator tutorial!

Today I will explain how to use the new block state procedure blocks that where added from the block state plugin to the base application in 2022.2.

For a list of block states and values for the base game you can visit the Minecraft wiki page below.

There are three kinds of block states.
1. Boolean (Logic aka true/false)
2. Enum (Strings aka text base words)
3. Integer (Numbers aka solid numbs without decimal points)

On the wiki page above you will need to find the block you want then look for the Java Edition version.

Once you find the Java Edition version the two columns you want to use are NAME and ALLOWED VALUES. Again numbers such as 0 are Integers, anything with true/false values are Boolean or Logic, and Anything with text values not true/false are Enum.

You may also need to run your condition on server-side in some cases like in this tutorial as values may be different on both server and client side if the trigger supports both.
