Holy smokes, I went for this game to avoid boss rushes and got a gauntlet and a boss freaking rush on top of that. I don't remember the last time I recorded a video that nearly reached the 30 minutes mark.

This level is when the kid's gloves come off and every battle will be harder than the ones from regular stages and trials. Every AI is tweaked to focus on their aspects: aggressiveness or defensive tactics.
The biggest change here is that the CPU AI is much, much more efficient at blocking Medaforce attacks-- unless they're jumping or attacking if they can block your Medaforce they WILL. So if all you've been is cheesing the fights with Medaforces you're in for a nasty wake-up in these fights.
The regular random NPCs up to Match 8 are no slouch and while the first fights may go smoothly, things go downhill very fast upon reaching the known characters.
Erika is the easiest, or at least should be, because her Leader, Brass, hits pretty hard with her ranged attacks and both can increase their chances to hit your head directly.
Sloan is a very difficult match since the AI is very good at sniping you and hitting you the moment you jump or stop blocking. Both Medabots are very tanky and you have to tread carefully since losing your arms too early will basically doom the fight for you.
Spyke is not to be messed with either. His team is balanced with Cyandog being a ranged Medabot and the Partner having melee parts with a very aggressive AI.
Samantha has Peppercat as her Leader and a Partner with slowing parts for arms. Peppercat is very agile, aggressive and powerful, so it's usually better to wait, lure her attacks and counter since Peppercat parts are rather fragile. Either you or her is going down fast in this fight.
Karin is a tough fight due to Neutranurse being very good at keeping her Partner alive turning the fight into a battle of attrition. Employing powerful attacks like the Dondon Punch is highly recommended especially since Neutranurse has an EXTREMELY defensive AI that will run away all the time while sending her heals.
Koji is another fight where things can go very right or spiral out of control at a moment's notice. He has Sumilidon for Leader and his Partner has his head (both which makes Shooting attacks backfire) and charge laser attacks to complement Sumilidon's melee style. Keep an eye on Koji's Partner at all times so you don't get sniped.
Henry is the final challenge and the Leader, his Warbandit, is very dangerous having potent ranged attacks and a head that will speed him up in case you try to avoid him. The Partner also has the same head but melee arm parts. Fighting Henry head on is borderline suicidal due to his Medabots power, using hit-and-run tactics is the safest way to go here, but be very careful when the Medaforce gauge fills up because Henry WILL blast the Medaforce if you leave yourself open close to him.
