Is the T42 worth it? TLDR I’d say “no.” It is mediocre. It doesn’t excel at anything but it’s not really bad either. There aren’t a lot of Tier 8 American premium Mediums though. I like the AMBT. But for most people the T26E4 Super Pershing (plays like a Heavy) or the M46 KR Tiger Patton (plays more like a Medium) would be a decent choice. The best thing about the T42 is it comes with the crew from The Boys TV series and some 2D styles. Is it worth $35 USD? For you it might be. For me: not quite.
