This can be done AFTER beating the game as part of New Game+. Purchase the Cooling System ∞ and Awakener Chips from Dr. Light’s lab, enabling unlimited gear and weapon usage. The Speed Gear Booster is also fantastic in that it allows full speed movement when the Speed Gear is active.

Activating the Power Gear with the Tundra Storm is the safest and easiest way to destroy all the enemies in your path. Be careful when you fire, though, as it’s easy to fall into the many pitfalls in this stage. Bring along a full complement of Beat Call’s just in case.
