You have to trek through more deep water & climb some ladders before you eventually reach the Robot Master room. Be careful on the way there, as there are underwater fan robots that can both push & pull you into spikes.

Now here are all 8 of Mega Man 6's Robot Masters & their weaknesses, starting from the top-left teleporter, and going counter-clockwise:

1st: Yamato Man; Weak to Silver Tomahawk
2nd: Plant Man; Weak to Blizzard Attack
3rd: Knight Man; Weak to Yamato Spear
4th: Centaur Man; Weak to Knight Crush
5th: Wind Man; Weak to Centaur Flash
6th: Tomahawk Man; Weak to Plant Barrier
7th: Flame Man; Weak to Wind Storm
8th: Blizzard Man; Weak to Flame Blast

Afterwards, a top-center teleporter appears in the main room. It automatically takes you to the final stage.
